The service focuses on system setup and facilitation, not on guaranteeing specific business outcomes.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are required upfront before any work begins.
• Payments are non‑refundable once the service activation has started.
• Advertising campaign budgets (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) are not included in any plan unless explicitly stated and invoiced separately.
• Any third‑party costs (advertising platforms, tools, domains, hosting, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Client acknowledges that:

• The Service Provider applies best practices based on professional experience.
• No guarantees are made regarding:
  • Number of leads
  • Revenue
  • Conversions
  • Sales performance
  • Advertising results

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market demand, competition, pricing, response time, and the Client’s sales process.

4. Advertising Campaigns (If Applicable)

When advertising services are included:

• The Service Provider is responsible only for campaign setup and initial configuration, not ongoing media buying unless otherwise agreed.
• Advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta) operate independently and are not controlled by the Service Provider.
• Campaign approval, delivery, and performance are subject to third‑party platform policies.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to:
  • Business name
  • Logo and branding assets
  • Website and/or social media links
  • Contact details
  • Service descriptions
• Ensure that all provided content complies with local laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies.
• Respond in a timely manner when feedback, approvals, or materials are requested.

Any delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery timelines.

6. Content Responsibility

• All content published (text, images, claims, offers, messaging) is approved or provided by the Client.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for:
  • Accuracy of claims
  • Legal compliance
  • Industry regulations
  • Advertising standards
• The Service Provider is not liable for legal, regulatory, or reputational issues arising from Client‑supplied content.

7. Timelines & Activation

• Estimated setup timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to:
  • Client unresponsiveness
  • Third‑party platform approvals
  • Technical limitations beyond the Service Provider’s control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Missed business opportunities
  • Platform suspensions or account issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

• All pre‑existing tools, frameworks, layouts, and methodologies remain the property of the Service Provider.
• The Client is granted a non‑exclusive right to use the delivered setup for their business.
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse of the system is prohibited without written consent.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• The Client engages in abusive or unethical behavior

No refunds apply in such cases.
